A/C Maintenance scope of works:

DX units:

• Check and clean the filters and air valves
• Cleaning the diffusers and grills
• Check, clean and flush the drain line
• Clean the condenser coil
• Check the electrical points in the outdoor unit and tighten, clean the electrical terminals
• Check temperature-controlled thermostat and pressure sensors
• Check the insulations on the pipeline, if damage will recommend for replacement (Additional cost for replacement of insulation)
• Check the conditions of contactors, relays, and capacitors
• Check the blowers and clean if proper access is available
• Check the vibration pads and vibration isolators
• Check the gas pressure and gas will be recharged if gas is low
• Check the room and grill temperatures

FCU:

• Check and clean the filters and air valves
• Cleaning the diffusers and grills
• Check, clean and flush the drain line
• Check temperature-controlled thermostat
• Check the functionality of actuator valves
• Check the insulations on the pipeline, if damage will recommend for replacement (Additional cost for replacement of insulation)
• Check the blowers and clean if proper access is available
• Check the vibration isolators
• Check the room and grill temperatures
